To the `Award Winning' Long Eaton Bike Club. We are a social and touring club with approximately 50 members from all walks of life, with all kinds of bikes. We meet every Thursday from 8pm at The Royal Oak, Tamworth Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire (opposite the Bike Shop, click here to view map) for a chance to socialise and talk bikes.

From around Easter until October, we organise a variety of runs on a monthly basis and generally incorporate a couple of camping weekends into the Events Diary.

Every other year, we organise a European bike tour and in 2008, 13 members are making a trip which will encompass 6 countries, to include Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

We also remain active throughout the winter months with a diary of social activities , many of which involve eating and drinking - our favourite past times after motorcycling.
